All flight bookings are subject to availability and fare rules. Upon completing a booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket. It is your responsibility to verify that all details on the ticket are correct.
Fares and Payments
All fares are quoted in the currency specified and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the fare type booked. Refundable tickets may be cancelled with a full or partial refund subject to administrative fees. Non-refundable tickets may be eligible for tax refunds only.
Baggage
Baggage allowances vary by route and cabin class. Syrian Air is not liable for loss or damage to items of value (cash, jewelry, electronics) placed in checked baggage. Such items should be carried in hand luggage.
Limitation of Liability
Syrian Air's liability for damages is governed by the Montreal Convention and applicable laws. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure, weather conditions, security concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
